Our fees per day are as follows: 1-5 Participants $625.00 + Travel/Lodging Expense 6-10 Participants $1100.00 + Travel Lodging Expense 11-15 Participants $1400.00 + Travel/Lodging Expense 16-20 Participants $1800.00 + Travel/Lodging Expense All casting and splinting supplies are provided. Our seminars are very ?hands-on? with each participant applying and removing each cast or splint. We also include instructional workbooks for future reference. | ||||||||||||||||||

Our workshops are conducted by Michael Gill, OT/SC, EMT. Michael is a Surgery Certified Orthopaedic Technologist with 27 years of experience in his field. He started Giltech in 1995 as he saw the need for ?hands on? immobilization training without the pressure of a sales person selling their products. As of 2000, he has trained well over 5000 participants. Presently Michael is the President of the National Association of Orthopaedic Technologists and has held various offices in the Carolinas Association. In the past he has worked with DePuy OrthoTech (Johnson & Johnson), 3M HealthCare and Smith & Nephew as a hands on instructor in immobilization techniques. He is internationally recognized as an authority in orthopedic casting techniques. He has been a guest speaker at numerous medical conferences that include The National Association of Orthopaedic Technologists and State Associations of Physician Assistants. Giltech is presently accredited as an educational provider with the Association of Radiological Technologists, the National Association of Orthopaedic Technologists and The National Association of Athletic Trainers. We are in the application process of becoming providers for the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the National Association of Orthopaedic Nurses.
